●Network consolidation 1988 - 1991, engineered and supervised all aspects of relocation and installation of three Mitel SX2000SG PBXs over 2000 lines.

●Project engineer and manager of the installation of a 7 node AT&T System 740 and 745 Multiplexer digital voice and data network by converting from a 232/V.24 9.6 KBPS analog standard to a V.35 56 KBPS digital standard. This increased order processing productivity eliminated retarded response time resulted in $50,000 annual cost savings.

●Conducted analysis of local Telephone Company operating charges resulting in refunds of approximately $175,000 for 1989 and 1990.

●Conducted audit of all c.o. lines, including foreign exchange lines, Tie lines, off-premises extensions and leased modem lines resulting in the elimination of unnecessary leased lines, which resulted in a cost saving of over $80,000/year.
