Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Engineers and Technical Manager in developing and Maintaining project documentation including drawings, specifications, meeting minutes, transmittals, requests for quotes, vendor submittals, comments, reviews and approvals, and other project documentation.

• Assist in general administrative tasks such as answering phones, faxing, copying, filing, organizing, mailing, and expediting information as needed by each manager

• Assist in maintaining and refining the electronic files system and standard documents using Microsoft Office and other software.

• Check the Drawings/Documents with correct issue, revision, date like as

(Design Developments, Tender Drawings and Good for Construction), Record

& Register to Track.

• To ensure the availability of latest revisions for access to all concerned.

• Receipt / issue & logging of incoming and outgoing correspondences.

• Prints all new drawings and documents & scan all mark drawings in any size and received hard copy documents. Prioritize a variety of tasks with little supervision Work in fast pace environment.

• Work as a contributing member of a team.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor as needed.
