Hauling/Finishing Department Manager
Bartow, FL
Provided leadership and training to improve production times and shift efficiency as Hauling Manager. Within the first three months doubled productivity of crews from 1.5 picks per hour to 5 picks per hour.
Implemented new schedules and trained staff to increase productivity from 12 hour shifts 6-7 days per week to 9 hours shifts 5 days per week.
Effective time management of staff resulted time for maintenance of Myjacks and all tools and equipment.
Within one year, responsible for also managing the dry finish department. The department was in disarray and after a few weeks product improved dramatically and quality control standards were implemented and fulfilled. Our plant successfully went from losing money to the #2 most profitable plant out of 6 plants nationwide.

Senior Supervisor

Served as Senior Supervisor which consisted of running 5 production forms along with supervising 60 employees. Accountable for set up of blueprint drawings and scheduling work flow to meet production deadlines. Successfully managed inventory and order all wood shop parts and fab shop parts for the forms.
In 2005, I was promoted to Supervisor of Plant 4 which produces Architectural Precast products.
In 2008, I was given the additional responsibility of Fab Shop Manager which challenged me to learn new skills. Responsible for scheduling Fab Shop production through our computer system. Worked with numerous outside vendors and keep impeccable inventory records. Entered all production schedules for all plants that are producing products including creating and implementing Excel spreadsheets. Managed water truck operation for Plank Water Filtration, yard watering and recording of numerous water readings. Scheduled all trucking for jobsites and make load lists for all products shipped to sites.
