Oversee removal and repair of ships Propulsion Shafting, Propellers, Jet Buckets, Rudder Sails, Bearings, and Hubs

Supervise and trained six rigger employees to productively work together as a team and accomplish job sites in a timely and efficient manner

Initiating rigging plans to accomplish successful critical lifts

Manage accurate time keeping of rigging employees

Approving and solving critical rigging tasks (e.g. shafts & Two crane lifts)

Creating ideas to safely achieve critical and difficult rigging tasks

Coordinate with Ships Force, management, trades, and subcontractors as pertaining to accomplish rigging equipment on and off ship

Organized and cleaned work space after completing rigging tasks
