Go to the computer pull up the job that I was assigned to pull the serial numbers for the jobs that I was to be working that day.(2)on the computer I would bring up the drawings for the unit that I was supposed to build and follow the build process (3) Build the unit or fluke meter install the vacuum hose to the unit install the brass part install the fan, The motherboard, The key pad, and then take the unit to the program table and hook up the wires to program the unit and after10-15min unhook the test wires and move the unit to the Burn test rack hook up the power cables and let the unit charge over night come back the next day and unhook the charged units and hook them up for calibration testing after the testing was done unhook the test wires and move the unit to the final test table hook up the wires and began the testing for about 5 min if everything goes well unhook the unit and move it to the pack out table to be scanned with all the instruction manuals to go with that unit place all the Instructural manuals in the box to be shipped out to its customer tape box closed and place the box on the shipping rollers to be picked up by the shipping dept.

Here I did aircraft maintenance on the C-17 airlifted removing damaged parts from fuel lines to damaged rivets on the wings, we cleaned the aircraft inside the bilge and inside the wing, tanks replaced fuel lines, crossfeed valves, ejectors, and greased all of the actuators all threw the aircraft, we de-fueled the wings opened the fuel tank doors for venting went in and took out excessive fuel that was trapped in corners of the bays with rages. we cleaned all throughout the cargo bays of the aircraft removing any FOD we saw, dirt, and bugs also.

Drilling Close Tolerance holes through multiple layers and materials using straight drills with a high-speed drill motor installing solid rivets, both shooting and bucking, installed screws, Mechanical locking fasteners,jobolts,and hiloks, and tapperloks, deburring holes also. Cogsdill and Weldon bits are used for deburring holes, reamers were used for close tolerance holes and we also used core drills in the drilling process.
