Railway: Implemented transportation of 4,232 employees to/from Aksai by rail, which enabled the company to achieve its main priority for employees - safe passage instead of road transport.

Budgeting & Cost Reduction – Savings of $600,000 per year through special vehicles optimization. - Cost savings were achieved through the introduction of a system of lean labor. Many aspects of recruitment/recruitment, HR, driver qualification and compliance files, CMMS, payroll, inventory, procurement and SAP were implemented.

Raising and preparation Variation Order, Call Off Notices and Amendment in line with the Contract Terms & Conditions of Contract; Carry out activities on compilation, maintenance and filing on the data base on the ProCon Data Management System; Creating work orders in MAXIMO software.
