Professional Summary
To whom it may concern-
I would like to start off by saying I love working with a team, especially with those who I can bounce ideas off of. I started out working at a small DQ in Columbus, Ohio. Their teamwork was everything. Like most high schoolers I had dreams of going to college however when I got there I quickly realized that that was not the correct path for me. Once I came back to Columbus I struggled to find the perfect fit until I started working for the YWCA. I started off as personal assistance, to a Site Director however after some coaching and hard work I was able to elevate to promotion after one year into the Site Director role myself after two. I believe I would be a great fit for this position because as a Site Director I picked up invaluable skills and understandings of different wants and needs of individuals as well as ethnicities. I learned how to juggle different ideas all while performing my Site Directors duties as shown below; and when it comes to personal detailed aspects of the mind and body. I have great discernment of what people may need within their space. And when it comes to child decor, I believe I would be a positive influence on a team member. I am currently working on pursuing my CDA.

References: Administrator Mandi Buchwald- *********@************.***
My fist reference I would have from the YWCA would be Mandy. While working there we had event cards in my mind. They where for trainings, events, and emergencies, as well as diversity inclusion however, we did our own budgeting and receipts using these cards. Most of my budgeting and receipt learning was under Mandys guidance as well as my next reference Kristy Hylton.
Administrator Kristy Hylton- *******@***********.***
A reference I have is Kristy Hylton from education at the YWCA. She would probably tell you that I was able to get two promotions within a time span of four years from PA to site assistant Director with the support of the other PAs and assistant site Director to site Director off of the merit of, A well as the carnival that put the YWCA summer program back on the map.
