I Led Scrum teams in an ERP Development and deployment Project (Software Enhancement Project). This was an AWS Cloud based project and the essence of this project was to deploy a customized Enterprise Resource Planning

(ERP)solution that would help the business to streamline a variety of its processes. My duties were;

- Worked with the product owner to align teams with the product vision, sprint goals and other necessary information

- Organizing and facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint reviews, retrospectives, product backlog refinement and ensuring there's full team engagement.

- Work with product owners on backlog grooming during sprints to achieve enough READY items for the next sprint and reduce time of sprint planning

- Performed the role of a servant leader for multiple Onshore and Offshore Scrum teams on agile good practices.

- Communicated organizational impediments to leadership; cleared impediments for the team.

- Utilized JIRA, Rally, Confluence, excel, and PowerPoint to manage agile projects from planning to release
