Being in customer service half my life really helped build my character, got to

deal with unhappy customers and find a way to make sure they didn't leave the

same way they came into or through the drive-In.

I've been in this business a couple years and I've learned a smile and friendly

caring tone gets the job done. Why make someone's day worse then what it is

when you can make it better with a little bit of love. The world is already a

somewhat dark place why make it even worse when you can shine a little light
