NATURE OF DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES.

• To be friendly enthusiastic and professional with our customers responsibilities to recognize the value and loyalty of the customer towards our company.

• Planning of Pre-Post flight handling, allocating duty job functions to staff, having pre-flight and post flight de-briefings. Always worked to achieve a goal for an 'On Time' performance.

• Recognize Customer importance & ensure excellence customer service provided. Handling V.I.P.s / Arrival / Departure passengers facilities them through various Airport formalities. Look after passengers needing extra care and attention such as incapacitated passenger, unaccompanied children. 1st time travelers etc.

• Have performed Check-in function & am well acquainted with pre/post flight handling & documentation.

• Fully qualified to handle and discrepancies such as technical oversales flight diversions.

• Fully qualified to interact with US client with regards to their credit card in the collection department.

• Deduction of fraud passport, documents, security questions asked to every passenger regarding the check in baggage as well as weight of hand baggage. Presently attending to all crew members on board for a pat-down search, operating the X-ray machine for screening all bags in incoming passengers and crew members. Patrolling all restricted areas on board. The above security measure are been down in the Qantas Airlines Manual and Carnival Cruise line manual.
