• Manage the processing and tracking of RFI’s, Submittals, Change Orders, and NCRs

• Review project progress and publishing daily reports, weekly reports, and quantities installed

• Work with management to communicate accurate information to project executives and owners

• Coordinating on-site construction activity for the scope of work related to all trades

• Provide ongoing management and monitor all phases of construction for new construction and renovations projects which include start, finish, and closing

• Ensuring that all building codes, Registrar of Contractor’s Standards (ROC), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), SWPPP, city, county, and company standards are met

• Scheduling City and Utility Inspectors as needed throughout the construction process

• Communicate safety standards to laborers and sub-contractors, enforce, and ensure compliance of, safety requirements on all job sites

• Provide ongoing safety and awareness training to all subcontractors on site

• More than ten years Structural Steel Erection, Pipeline observation, Petrochemical Unit Construction, SCADA System operations, and Processing Experience

• Broad Knowledge of MSDS, EPA, OSHA, and DOT regulations

• Knowledge of and practical applications of Visio, Xactimate, XactRemodel, MS Project, eBuilder, and Hauzz Pro

• Participant of Houston Area Safety Counsel sense 1995 (Basic, Hazmat, DOT) David Sikes
