Developing the concept and lead it to manufacturing process by designing every individual part and assembly. Creating concept design as per customer requirement and generating 3D model after completion of concept design model by using Solid Works.

Preparation of 2D detailing drawings for parts, assembly, group and arrangements.

Applying GD&T functions as per ASME Y 14.5M 2009 standards.

Designing Custom-Build machines and Equipment to meet customer requirements. Especially SPM- Special Purpose Machines, Material Handling Equipment like Conveyors, Pick and place machines etc.

Designing fully automated machines using pneumatics (like cylinders, solenoid valves and rotary actuators), hydraulics and POKA YOKE System.

Sizing of components which empowering the machine like Sizing of Induction Motors, Servo Motors, Bearings, etc.

Sizing the mechanical components like shafts, keys, Ball Screws, Gearboxes, Pneumatic cylinders, etc.

Preparation of Cut List for weldment frame structure.
