Supervised on site MCT restoration and major re-routing activity

Supervised and monitoring accomplishment of OSPM activity

Regular inspection on site for maintenance of copper and fiber facility.

Making sure that all PLDT requirement are ready and on time of submission.

Conduct regular meeting to my subordinate for their concern about the job.

Faulty pair and ICT tickets dispatching to contractor every morning

Attending meeting with LGU about OSP concern

Regular inspection on site for maintenance of copper cable.

Monitored/ responding important endorsement and updating of ticket using CLARITY application.

Data Engineer (Bayan Telecommunication Inc.)

Serves as a field engineer. Involved in trouble shooting and problem resolution on site or remote support with guaranteed response time.

Coordination with different groups to support end customer on circuit provisioning, CPE installation, network validation testing and handover.

Configuration of different modem used to supply data

Customer communications; reporting on outage and timely updates to customers. Communication escalation and notification to appropriate work groups, keep reporting and actions flow accordingly.

Customer support services such as preventive maintenance and circuit reconfiguration to meet the clients’ needs to cope up with the fast-growing technology.

Serves as a node engineer (central office). Full responsibility in all activities and facilities at node. Accepts all clients call and take actions in problems reported. Dispatches field engineer if needed.

Testing of Fibre Optic cable using OTDR (Optical Time Domain Reflectometer) to check if the fibres and splices are good and Power Meter to measure cable plant loss.

Handle facilities such as Lucent Wavestar, Nortel TNIX, Lucent DSLAM, Nortel Passport etc.

Has knowledge in configuration and maintenance of different modem (Adtran, Actelis, Pargain etc.).
