Collaboratively organized move of Cancer Center to new location: coordinated with telecommunications, movers, vendors, buildings and grounds, and security to ensure smooth transition, conserving as much time as possible for patient treatments.
Liaison between A/P, vendors and Cancer Center, to include processing of all invoices and follow up on payment. Ordering of all of the stationary supplies, creating all of the purchase orders for equipment and service contracts and pay all invoices.
Interface with buildings and grounds, material management, IS and security. Create and process all work orders for whatever work that needs to be done.
Maintaining the Medical Director of Oncology Services, Chief of Radiation Oncology’s administrative calendar as well as the Administrative Director.
Type, distribute and update all MD on-call calendars.
Reimburse and process the MD’s and staff’s expense accounts.Oversee the ordering of the lunches and create the menus for the chemo patients.
Cover for the Executive secretary to include any needs of the Executive Director.

Interface with telecommunications to maintain, distribute, replace all of the pagers/beepers for appropriate staff and also with computer/phone vendors.
Set up mail and courier systems for the Cancer Center from the various hospitals.
At budget time review the various service contracts with the Administrative Director.
Work with the Development Department to organize any fund raising between Salem Hospital, Cancer Center and the public.
