Measuring quantities of works satisfactorily carried out and certify monthly and final payment certificates for consideration by the Project Manager (Resident Engineer).

Preparation and submission of detailed progress report with updated cost of the civil works contract, implementation schedules and any substantiated request related to additional funding, needed for full completion for the project.

Maintaining a site diary on a daily basis with the contents and format to be agreed with Project Manager (Resident Engineer)
