Front Desk Customer Service/Librarian

Hello, my name is Loreyna Cardoza and I’m an employee who works at the front desk at our Public Library. Here, is where I have gained my customer service skills, communication skills and experience of helping our patrons to any questions they had and making them feel welcomed. I have been here for 3 years and have gained great experience! It has given me the opportunity to learn how to earn great feedback and increase customer satisfaction. It has increased my work flow and have great time management. Another positive factor about this job is it has also given me the chance to gain money management skills, where I pay for utilities upon other things that and keep balanced. I am considered a fast learner and a responsible, independent worker. My position as a librarian, at the Alpine Public Library, had duties such as helping/greeting with our patrons everyday, filing, scanning, and faxing; you name it! I’m familiar with Microsoft Windows and Word Software. Adding on, I was in charge of Inter-Library Loans (ILL) and I’ve gained numerous skills over the past years. Thank you for your time!
