1 PROCESS OPTIMIZATION USING PELTIER MODULE

In this project we have used the peltier module for cooling the die casted component in order to reduce the cycle time of the component . finally we have reduced 20 min of waiting time . we have just changed the hot blowing air to cold air Because of the changes we have reduced the waiting time of 20 min. Products used : peltier module, small fan, heat sink,thermal paste, pump . ACADEMIC PROJECTS

1. EXPERIMENTAL VERIFICATION OF UP MOVING DOUBLE CONE. Verified the movement of up moving double cone in the straight path by using the two funnel and straight pipes.

Products used : two pipes, two finnel

2. DEVELOPED THE HEATING WATER BOTTLE .

Developed the heating water bottle by using the electronic device called peltier module .In the industrial I have used for cooling the casted products but here I used for heating the water bottle.

Software used : PTC creo, ansys.

Products used : peltier module, water bottle, W1209 temperature controller. 3. METAL SPINNING PROCESS

Normally we cannot do extrusion process in lathe, but here we have done the extrusion process in lathe and rectified some improvement should be done for the tool to do the process.

Software used: PTC creo, ansys.

Products used :wood, sheet metal,tool,rubber material to hold the sheet. 4. ANALYSIS OF MUFFLER

In this project I have done a part model in PTC creo and done the analysis in welding software, and finally I have produced different analysis . ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENTS AND EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
