Developed project plans, managed escalations/installations/conflict management/testing of international frame relay, VMWare, T1/E1, DS3, 3D Wireless and ATM access with responsibilities in overseeing processes, procedures and requests by monitoring the status of B-end provisioning for all orders assigned.

Worked with International and third party vendors for cost, supply, and timeframe of delivery of E1 circuits for the International side.

Managed the configuration and testing for T1/E1 WAN applications by following the physical interface configuration for the Ethernet and WAN, configure the L2 protocol, bound the physical and virtual (L2) interfaces, created access list (NAT parameters), and sent to the Tier 2 to configure the routing information to the Cisco routers (RIP, OSPF, static routers etc).

Managed the escalations of the DS3 converters over the Ethernet in Mexico, in addition managed the implementation of 3D wireless connections in LA, and made sure the converters were delivered on time by PTT. In addition, made sure to control the backbone (DLCI, CIR/EIR) assignments in order to prevent Network congestions.

Managed the escalations of the DS3 and 3D wireless converters over the Ethernet in Mexico and LA, made sure the converters were delivered on time by PTT. In addition, make sure to control the backbone (DLCI, CIR/EIR) assignments in order to prevent Network congestions.
