Operations Management

This launched the base to #1 facility in Pacific Arena two years running (saved $150k annual at that base; $7.5M for Air Force worldwide)

– Another process change, using Single Minute Exchange of Dies (SMED) saved 3 hours weekly (7.5% operational time)

– Achieved Six Sigma Green Belt

Quality Assurance

– Re-engineering products and processes using Lean ideology improved production processes and products. At Raytheon, eliminated a 6% defect rate and another at 4%, saving in excess of $300,000 on a program.
