●There are different different line all mould water line in 3 moulds & CSD in total 8 moulds, Hot Fill 4 moulds.

●Sidel SYNERY has 3 Moulds with 90 BPM Machine.

●Different preforms of different weights were used for blowing 500 ml and 1000ml,2000ML PET bottles.

●Monitoring the working condition with regular blowing operations.

Managing routine maintenance and operating the both BLOMAX 8MOULD and 2/4 PET blowing machines on regular

basis with 100% compliance.

Executing inspection and testing protocol - ensuring 100%compliance with specifications as per

guidelines.

Responsible for monitoring the whole process from preforms loading to output of blown bottle at

various stages.

Maintaining the related blowing records as per standards.

Operating the both BLOMAX 8 MOULD and 2/4 PET blowing machines by changing different moulds 0f 1000ml,500ml, 200ml,2000ML PET Preforms according to the requirement.

Operating the PET Filling Machine (24x24x8) for filling the juice into various PET Bottles.

Routine maintenance and cleaning of both PET blowing and Filling machines when There is no

production.

Maintaining the manuals and records and operating them as per instructions.
