I am applying for the Registered Nurse position. I believe that my experiences and skills make me an ideal candidate. Please find enclosed a copy of my resume for your review. I would like to call a few specific things to your attention.
I have had 13+ years of clinical nursing experience with 2 years in a leadership position.
I have had the opportunity to work directly with many patients as a medical assistant, while continuing my education towards a nursing career since 1998. I am a 2003(BLS) and 2007(BSN) graduate of Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
Recently, I have evaluated and envisioned a new direction with nursing, as an aesthetic nurse practitioner with aspirations of entrepreneurship. I have scheduled myself for a CEU certification as well as taken part in several webinar opportunities to advance my knowledge in such a new path.
Lastly, I believe my open-mindedness creates an overwhelming eagerness to learn about other’s issues, which allows me to sincerely empathize and advocate for clients that I care for in any professional setting.
Thank you for taking this opportunity and I look forward to speaking to you in the near future.
