Roles and Responsibilities:

I am working on Flex cube application, which is a Banking application.

My roles and responsibilities includes,

Provided technical support to the users of HDFC bank.

Configuring FC (Flex cube) Settings on users system using different tools such as MSM (My Support Manager) and IDT IRT (Incident Detection Tool and Incident Resolution Tool).

Resolving the calls logged by the customers using tools.

Troubleshooting, Error Rectification, problem Resolution within Defined time.

Solving user's Queries related to Application (Flex cube).

Co-ordinate with Bank person to resolved maximum logged incident.

Installation and configuration of printers and troubleshooting the issues.

Share printer on network and access in client side

Configure of proxy setting when any issue when not open in browser
