Reviews work of contractor, verifying specified materials are being used, dimensions are as drawn and quality is according to contract document.

Responsibility for all construction operation including demolition, excavation and supervision of all trades.

Coordination with the contractor between architect and client for the construction of the project.

Supervise manpower for architectural works and provide monitoring for weekly accomplishment report. Coordinate the Subcontractor and supplier for all activities and quality requirements from materials and installation purposes.

Inspect Architectural work at job site for Quality and Assurance Check, for as built plan and to solve conflict from specification to implementation of construction. Attend Meeting with the Construction Manager weekly for progress of the project.
