1. Contributed to the drafting of Chapter 2 of the Zimbabwe Public Expenditure Review. The Public Expenditure Review (PER) is jointly prepared by the Government of Zimbabwe and the World Bank and was officially published on May 29, 2017; 2. Researched and Presented on the “Role of Fiscal Rules and Institutions on Fiscal Sustainability and Growth: Policy Options For Zimbabwe” to the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development as well as the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe officials; and 3. Coordinated the formulation of the macroeconomic consistency framework by the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development, Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe and Zimbabwe Statistical Agency (2009 -2015).

Build and maintain an up to date database of all the four sectors of the economy, i.e. National/Real Sector, Government, Financial Sector and the External Sector (Balance of Payments);

Monitor and analyse fiscal policy issues and in particular assess the overall fiscal policy stance in the short – to medium-term macro-economic context through the production of regular fiscal statistics and reports;

Examine from a broader economic perspective, tax related representations and provide relevant tax policy advice consistent with the principle of equity and efficiency;

Analyse macro-economic trends including, growth, savings & investment, inflation, and the balance of payments;
