WORK EXPERIENCE:

Internship: Intern at Hartek – Sep’19-Dec’19

Worked with Hartek Solar Designing Team for the Execution of Solar Plants also worked with Hartek Power in Project Management Team for the Execution of Substations. During my Internship I have learnt and worked on softwares like AutoCAD, Pvsyst, helioscope, Solar Lab and SAP Business One.

Internship: Intern at Federal-Mogul Goetze (India) Limited – Jan’20-June’20

Working with Maintenance Department: - Maintenance Department is a Sub-Division or we can say that it is a Sub-Department of LVD (Light Vehicle Diesel) in Federal Mogul Goetze LTD. In this Department my job is to learn about the machines and Troubleshoot the error with the help of senior’s in the machine. During my Internship I have learnt about Basics of Hydraulic & Pneumatic Circuits, Components of Piston and LVD Processes.

PROJECTS:

AUTOMATIC TURNING TABLE: A turn table is a machine consisting of mechanical and electrical devices. A table structure connected with disc. The disc is rotated according to the commands given. The removable conveyers are attached to the disc which moves according to the direction of the disc. These types of conveyer table are used for industrial purposes. These kind of table can be a part of many major machines like conveyers in industries. The sensor is placed at the side of X conveyer when sensor senses a material the conveyers A and X will stop and turning disc will rotate at the angle of 90 degree. So the material will be transferred from X conveyer to B conveyer the sensor is placed at the side of B conveyer when it senses the material the disc will turn 90 degree reverse & it will come at same position.

AUTOMATIC WATER LEVEL CONTROLLER: A fully automatic water tank pump controller & indicator is proposed. Water level indicator circuit or liquid level sensor displays the current level of water in any water tank reservoir. Here we use a simple real time logic circuit with AND and NOT gates with indicators. It can also be used as a water level meter or water level detector. When the supply is given then the whole circuit gets ON and if water level in tank is below the float switch then Solenoid valve automatically get opened & the relay becomes energized. When water level in the tank reaches to level of float switch relay becomes de-energized and solenoid valve is automatically closed.
