Hired out as a lease operator. I increased production by testing wells and setting time clocks according to well test. I also reduced well failures by monitoring wells. I also did my own maintenance on my lease to keep my lease operator expense down.

Hired out as a well technician. Job duties was to shoot fluid levels & weigh wells. We also looked at pump cards to see if the down hole pump was leaking by or holding. We also did recommendation to engineers on the rod & tubing designs for the well on S-rod a Lufkin program.

Hired out to work with MTG consultant to improve production from drilling to putting the new well on production. I learned about Microsoft excel, how to build graph, how to make formulas on excel and how to make tracking tools. After working with MTG, I was promoted to Spud to put on production coordinator. I worked with all the Superintendents to make sure we stayed on track to get new wells drilled, frac, completed & put on production on a safely manner.

Pioneer Natural Resource from 2009 to 2011

Hired out as a truck supervisor. Job duties were to supervise 15 employees. Pioneer bought winch trucks, Frac Tanks, hotoilers & vacuum trucks. I had to create work schedules for employees, have weekly tailgate safety meetings and have monthly safety meetings. I also helped employees work on trucks until trucks needed to go to a mechanic. I had to invoice in house to Pioneer to keep the company going.

Pioneer Natural Resource from 2011 to 2016

Hired out as a Maintenance foreman. Job duties was to supervise roustabout companies on laying flowlines, building new locations for new vertical & horizontal tank batteries. I also had to approve invoices from vendors and make sure that Pioneer was being billed correctly. Pioneer started to drill horizontal wells and things changed drastically. We had to lay high pressure flowlines, Lay steel flowlines on well pad. Wellheads changed and the hook up to wellheads needed to be welded & x-ray. The tank battery was also changed drastically. We had to build tank batteries to handle 10,000 bbls of oil per day & 16,000 bbls of produce water.

Pioneer Natural Resource from 2016 to mid-2018

Hired out as a Production Coordinator. Job duties were to track new horizontal wells from drilling, frac, completion, construction, I&E & put on production. I had monitor wells from each department and make sure was being done in a safe & timely manner. I also inspected new well sites & tank battery sites by insuring wellheads & tank battery were being built to PNR specs. I was also a trouble shooter for new wells being put on production going to new tank battery. I also inspected new SWD tank battery sites to make sure sites were being built to PNR specs.

Retired from May 2018 till September 9 2019

Navitas Mid-Stream Partners September 9 2019 till the present.

Field Operator for Navitas- Job duties trouble shoot equipment failure and re-starting gas compressors. Keeping equipment clean an in operation to keep down time to a the lowest point.
