The dream has turned into the reality when I was completely became a professional mechanical engineering and my career was born on 1982 was graduated of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BScME) and taken up the professional mechanical engineering (PME) board examination in Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on November 1992 in NCR Manila Philippines. DESIGN: Strong knowledge technical skills and enhances of Engineering Design as primary scopes handling jobs from EPCI multi discipline design team. Being involved as FOLLOW-ON ENGINEERING & EXECUTION STRATEGIES during construction phase to supports procurement team for long lead items and other associated bulk materials being ordered to purchase including reviews/evaluation from vendors tenders/ITB for approvals, issued drawings/design docs for fabrication purposes, finalized/reviews of 3Dmodel/i-PDMS, from HEMP/ALARP should having finalization reviews of PRA/HAZOP/HAZID/SIMOPS/SAFOP, leader to carried out constructability reviews, manages contractors SOW/quality/safety/timely completion of deliverables and other related equipment installation methodology as provided from fabrication to site (QA/QC), FAT/SAT visual inspection, proper and safety drill rig erection work and wellhead construction/installation AND Transportation & Offshore Installation including Site Vessel Anchoring. The Nature of the Projects and our Objective is to Design and to follow-on engg for the following scopes; Construct/Erect, Test, Commission & Run/Startup: Also Following; Renewable Energy/Power Solutions, Petroleum Refineries, Petrochemicals, Offshore & Marine, Crude Oil Terminals Jetty & Loading Facilities and Power Plant.
DESIGN: Get rounded by 360 degrees being involved and covered the Oil & Gas Offshore brownfield Facilities for Engineering Design thru-working-with Feasibility Studies/Engineering Definition, FEED, Conceptual and Detail Engineering Design (DED which under EPCI), truly adopted the Sep-iSYS Separation Technology for Early Production System (EPS) and desander being developed with total savings of 50% CAPEX reduction for separation/scrubber system and fully compliance to PTS/PPGUA/API-RP-2FPS through every projects being executed both local and international codes and standards design practices, certainly provided for such good quality management system and prioritizing safety & environmental compliances (HEMP). Handling special design tasks for undersea platform piles concrete reinforcement design and subsea gas turbine compressor plinth and foundation design. Led and author and proud have won several projects from design competitions.
TRANSPORTATION/INSTALLATION/FABRICATION/PROCUREMENT: I have covered the procurement of engineered equipment (LLI) & bulk materials, coordinated from supply chain/logistics, FAT/SAT, ITB/TBE for vendors/contractors thorough capability check/technical evaluation, provided project execution plan/quality assurance plan/safety plan, supervision/checking of mechanical modular system fabrication, jack-up drilling rig and manages wellhead assembly during fabrication phase from MMHE/LSSE/SEMCORP/Keppel/HHI-SHI-Korea, assessed mechanical equipment packages and other associated peripherals, required 3rd party safety studies (QMS/QA/QC) & HEMP & ALARP workshops, constructability, global interfacing and methodology reviews, transportation & installation, heavy lifting, testing, hook-up-commissioning & tie-ins, start-up and operator’s trainings (for technology transfer). Oversee module frames fabrication, erection and installation surface and subsurface equipment anchorage foundation, pillars supports and platform leg piles reinforcement concreting.
ASSETS & LOGISTICS PLANNING MANAGEMENT: Provides new general assets management and operation/planning expertise from design of production & combined mobile drilling rig, structural components fabrication and equipment assemblies into process assurances that all systems and components of floaters all-through deep-sea well drilling facilities are perfectly in-placed within budgets, timing, safety with good qualities and highly qualified amongst other integrated management system that are properly secured for all other inter-related businesses whether oil and gas offshore/onshore, industrial plants/power facilities are properly designed installed, well-tested, operated and maintained in accordance to local or foreign compliances that are delivered as per statutory requirements of the facility owner/operators or clients. Ensure meeting of the following target project revenue through CAPEX/OPEX, certified good decision maker, punctual to timeline/milestone, safety, quality, zero LTI and zero VOs, approves reasonable expenditures meeting target budgets allocations but surely to do not compromise the quality and safety. Provides absolute resolutions and clears all project technical issues from robust operations, GI leader team coordinator and excellent handling global interfacing.

Previously, it was then first commenced for operation in August 1997 on the Durward and Dauntless field for Amerada Hess in the North Sea.
Responsible for handling and manages the design, procurement, construction and commissioning/startup as per Scope of Works specified in the Contract Packages through EPCI which managing of 67 multi-discipline lead engineers and designers and responsible for overall challenging role engineering through construction management, project compliances to local and international codes and standard practices, safety and quality assessment, overall coordination, shipyard & repair coordinator, project control and global interfacing tasks.
Led/Manages detailed design on storage capacities (export crude, slop tanks/fuel oil), validate FEED to DD for Process facilities on-board for following Fluid Cap 75,000bpd, crude production 45,000bopd, produced water 65,000bwpd, oil content water discharged <15ppm average.
