Facilitating internal & external employee transfer within the group of companies

Maintaining & Control of Employee personal files (Include personal Documents)

Track and keeps a record of the current staff attendance report, MOD Report

Staff Cafeteria, Staff Locker and Staff Accommodation maintaining Report

Attendance Maintaining, Payroll Report, HRMS, Recruiting, Training Tracker, Learning & Development.

Staff benefits follows such as ESI, PF and Insurance

Preparing & Coordinates with corporate in releasing the final settlement of resigned/terminated staff

Cost control in salary & wages, staff welfare, etc. to company

Working in PMS during the Annual Appraisal system on the performance review of the staff
