Autoclave Stand/Support & Internal Fixtures – Team Leader & Fabricator

January 2020—April 2020

•Leading the team in charge of designing and manufacturing the stand/mobility, support system, internal fixtures, and vacuum/pressure feedthroughs for an autoclave that our class as a whole designed and manufactured.

Restoration & Fabrication – Personal Projects July 2016—August 2019

•Designed and fabricated (grinding, welding, and painting) long-travel suspension, exhaust system, cold-air intake system, bed roll-cage, and custom center console to convert a 2003 Chevrolet Silverado into an off-road vehicle.

•Completed a restoration of engine and powertrain on a 1983 Hawaiian inboard-outboard ski boat.

•Overhauled engine, fuel system, fiberglass, and custom paint job in order to restore a 1983 Kawasaki JS550.

Robotic 2-D Printer – Engineering Design Competition March 2018

•Designed and built a programmable actuator arm with ink feeder attachment to create printings on paper with the precision of a professional grade printer at half the cost and with twice the longevity of its counterpart.
