CT Technologist:

I am currently seeking employment in CT as a permanent position and not temporary.My experience consists of performing a variety of exams. I now have 10 years experience in C T.

I was trained at the Siemens training center for one week for both basics in CT and also for the advanced class

;in which I have certificates for both.

I am trained in cardiac studies on the 64 slice scanner and had a representitive of Siemens come and

personally train myself onsight for a week for Cardiac

studies and reconning images of that study. I also have experience on a Toshiba-Aquilion 4 slice scanner and a

GE 4-slice scanneLl was trained on a completely

"filmless" department;but I do have experience "filming"/ "digitally"-PACS system experience.

General X-Ray Technologist:

I perform the duties of a qualified technologist.The duties such as fluoroscopy-arthrograms/myelograms

with the newest digital system by seimens and Oynx digital also. I do general X-Rays, Emergency "trauma"

patients;along with Barium Enemas, Portables, Intervenous Pyleograms with Tomography,am also trained in

Operating Room procedure.

I am also required to fax my reports,transmit my images, process,save and am responsible that all are

processed saved,read and reported correctly. Sending imaging to pacs read by VRad or Iraq virtual radiology and documents returned scanned into patients file on pacs.

I have been in General X-Ray for the past 28years; I feel confident about any and every

situation and I am very confident at what I do.1 have worked in the Operating Room for the past 20 years;

I feel very knowledgeable toward the operating room skills with very intense situations.

I have been a Mammographer for the past 15years. I also have 7 years MRI experience with both open & closed

MR units and understand not only the patients care but safety under these circumstances.

I have been training in CT most recent modality I have learnt

and with my RT background I have grasped this quite well and this is the modality I wish to be accomplished in and registered.

I am “board eligible” to take C T boards and I have every intention of doing so.
