Partnered with Legal, Engineering, Design and other internal stakeholders to draft, review and consult on a wide range of inbound commercial and technology agreements. Managed vendor relationships and contract negotiations to optimize pricing and agreement flexibility for Google – negotiated cost savings of $1.2M. Identified areas of opportunities to streamline Google’s procurement processes to drive additional cost savings or efficiencies – developed and implemented master agreements for all testing activities which have eliminated the need for 69 additional contracts.
