ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Taken part as a HSE representative’s role to implement company values and procedures in the area of responsibility.

Independently monitored and observed ongoing project operations on daily basis with focus on conformance to policies and procedures and generally accepted safe working practices.

Full fill the client HSE requirements, HSE codes of practices and provide the required reports to client on time to time.

Review and ensure contractors HSE plans and procedures.

Conducting Safety Briefing for new arrivals and introduce the HSE policy and client safety rules, works site emergency alarms, like H2S, Fire and Abandon alarm. Muster station and T-card system.

Preparing and updating Job Safety Analysis / Risk assessment for routine or non-routine work before they start.

Conducting atmospheric test for an entry confined space assessment free from H2S, C0, Hydro Carbon, LEL percentage, and satisfactory percentage of oxygen.

Conducting initial to final investigation for incident report for LTI, Restricted to work, Medical treatment, and first Aid.

Conducting different kind of emergency drills like, H2S, SOPEP, Fire, Abandon, Man over board, Search & Rescue.

Ensure Fire/Life saving equipments (Life raft, Lifeboat, Life buoys, Scaba systems, H2S escape masks, Fire extinguishers, Hose reels, Fixed foam monitors etc.) onboard or plant installation is properly maintained as directed by the division HSE department.

Close monitoring of installation, commissioning& maintenance activities (Lifting, height works, confined space, hot works, hydro testing, chemical cleaning process, purging, pigging etc.) in different platforms.

Monitor the weather status and advice the crews on safety measures, Monitor radiography at site.

Conduct regular work site safety inspections /audit / walk about.
