I had the sole responsibility of coordinating and executing field quality auditing throughout Pennsylvania with one additional auditor in southern West Virginia in relation to Verizon Central Office and CLEC installations as well as auditing Verizon Long Distance, GNS initial site build outs in Harrisburg PA, Herndon VA, Phoenix AZ, Boston MA, as well as Level3 sites at various locations. Used EXFO FOT-930 for end to end SC/FC/LC testing of fiber optic cables
Used Brady label templates and labeling for all Verizon & GNS installations using PC and TLS2200 labeling system.

Position: Electrical / Mechanical Inspector
Began as Machined Parts Inspector verifying First Article integrity using engineering drawings and specifications. Progressed through paint shop procedures, mechanical sub assemblies, and end item completion. Continued into electrical areas verifying cable assemblies and testing requirements.
Used numerous complex measuring devices including Comparator, Coordinate Measuring Machine, Dial Indicators, Calipers, Micrometers, etc.
Completed End Item DD250 sales to QAR government representatives.
Spent ten weeks at Naval Air Station, Alameda, California, as company QA Representative on the EA6B aircraft program.
Worked as required in Receiving Inspection department processing acceptable material into stock positions and rejecting non-conforming material back to vendors.
