-Attend meetings and take minutes of meetings

-Arrange business and private meetings of CFO and MD.

-Type and translate Arabic and English documents.

-Follow up on MD requests and queries and ensures they are resolved.

-Ensure all confidential matters and documents are dealt with discretion.

-Collect documents from all departments for MD signature.

-Prepare correspondence and circular and instructions independently in English and Arabic as required.

-Greets guests of Vice President and Legal Head.

-Receive CV of applicant and submit it to Vice President.

-Organize and coordinate business travels arrangement for Vice President with account department for visa, tickets, accommodation, travel allowances.

-Answer telephone calls, determine the purpose of calls and forward it to respective personnel or Department.

-Prepare leasing contract to be revised by Legal Head and hand over it to leaser for signature.

-Arrange interviews for applicant with Vice President.

-Prepare offer letters,joining letters and termination letters as Vice President instructions.

-Handling employee’s files.

-Follow up staff IDs and vehicles istimara renewal with PRO.

-Daily record of documents and correspondences.

-Review and record all incoming correspondence such mails and faxes and letters.

-Perform all duties as assigned by Vice President and Legal Head.

*From May 2016 to May 2017: Executive Secretary in Delta Navigation in Doha-Qatar .
