Job Responsibilities: .

Build and maintain relationship with suppliers and buyers to achieve quality product of yarn and service norms by resolving their service related critical issues.

Analyzing market trends of silk yarn, cotton yarn, Dyes and chemicals, finding gaps, rolling out 10% MGPS schemes to keep our product competitive in market and providing feedback.

Placing yarn and dyes orders according to the indents submitted, and carrying out activities of it, until their payment is realized.

Transportation and Distribution: Prepare a complete list of items of Yarns, Managing the procurement from the supplier, movement and storage of materials in yarn depot.

Collect the payment from Exporters, Master weavers (Entrepreneurs), Handloom Co-operative societies, SHGs, JLGs groups and individual weavers and deposits cash in bank and prepare excel sheet.

Verify GRN, LR and prepare note sheet for release of payment to mill and address to Zonal office.

Analysis, preparation of monthly depot sales statement and reporting to Zonal office.

Coordinate the workshop and training program for Dyes, chemicals and Jacquard Design to the handloom co-operative societies’ weavers by through WSC (Weavers service Center) kancheepuram. (2014). Organizer and coordinator of buyers and sellers meeting in Kancheepuram (2015).
