Managed whole loans securitization Analytics and Business Intelligence Regulatory Reporting initiative.

Directed delivery of real-time, high-performance, high-availability 24/7 Fixed Income Trading EDW, including MDM and Reference Data repositories, to identify and document similar counterparties across multiple trading systems in a counterparty repository, which had been used for CMBS, RMBS trade history enrichment.

Principal Architect (January 2008 – April 2010)

Managed expansion of the Hedge Fund-of-Fund Portfolio Administration Management software “HedgeSphere” into analytical landscape.

Directed new Global Securities Landing Collateral infrastructure integrating both in-house systems and purchased data, and improved delivery of risk monitoring and CRM information across the Prime Brokerage organization.

Supervised a core team of approximately 10 resources including the establishment, staffing, and management project team of offshore/onshore developers, who performed routine coding and unit testing.

Integrated onshore/offshore teams to develop close ties between team members and encouraged open communication on both sides to ensure that questions and issues were resolved as quickly as possible. Reorganized work schedules to maximize uptime for both onshore/offshore teams and ensure on-time delivery of project milestones.

Delivered P&L Data Warehouse project on-time and on-budget with full end-user support. That improved data quality and availability, and reduced overall costs by $5M per year, and the project team was retained by client after project conclusion to deliver additional system updates and enhancements.


Principal Architect (February 2004 – November 2005)

Proposed modifications to architecture added significant value to marketing efforts by enabling the business to scientifically find and strategically market to prospects as well as core customer base, perform accurate customer profitability analyses, effectively cross-sell and up-sell products to existing customers, perform retention and churn analysis, and effectively manage information flow to and from the Market Vendor’s network.


Principal Architect (July 2000 – January 2004)

Served as the Delivery Manager for a team of 25 resources on a long-running project to stabilize an unwieldy and unreliable ABS/MBS suite, and later re-engineered it into enterprise level architecture and deal structuring platform.

Implemented the necessary upgrades for HP-UX, Oracle, and Informatica; re-engineered and tuned the ETL processes, integrated and automated quality assurance processes, established enterprise service level agreements (SLAs), and gained significant efficiencies through automation reducing the month-end process from 5 days to 1 day.
