Profile:Results oriented Sales Leader with a successful track record growing and mentoring Sales Teams. Over 22 years’ experience in Direct and Channel Technology / Software Sales and Management. Oct ’16 to Current Sales Director, Densify, Markham

Managed up to 11 Business Development Reps, created ‘go to market’ sales strategies to drive new business opportunity for Sales team through direct and indirect channels. Exceed quarterly targets 3 quarters in a row on metrics designed around new business development (meetings, funnel growth, overall activity)

Managing 3-5 Channel Partners across the United States, responsible for opportunity generation through entire sales cycle to close. Leveraged many local events with partners to drive 250K in new pipeline / month with each Partner.

Managed sales opportunities through both direct and indirect channels, strong emphasis on regular pipeline, revenue, and event forecasting (events are marketing initiatives I am managing)
