Review client information including SLAs, invoices, purchase orders, shipping documents, and other contracts/documents to identify unpaid/duplicate invoices generated.

Corresponds with the client through emails/skype calls for any question or explanation required and get solutions by communicating effectively.

Maintain and protect the confidentiality and integrity of the data as per Data Protection Act

Pro-actively identifying any issues with production and escalate it immediately to Immediate Supervisor, to enable it to get resolve it on time
