SPIRE Group 1 Billing transformation and modernization program is an initiative to rollout Guidewire BillingCenter, DataHub & InfoCenter along with open receivables data migration. The Scope of this program is to implement the Guidewire BillingCenter v9.x release in a year followed by DataHub and InfoCenter v10.x in next year. As part of first release, migration of open receivables also gets implemented from legacy systems to Guidewire BillingCenter v9.x

Roles and Responsibilities:

User stories analysis and understanding test plan and strategy

Authoring the test cases based on the configuration and integrations requirements

Requesting for necessary software/hardware installations and access permissions to all the integration URL’s in VDI for the team

Calligo/Communicator was their existing communication system which was their primary operational form generating tool. Thunderhead was picked as a replacement to Calligo. Project Scope includes migration of 3500 forms from the Calligo platform to the Thunderhead platform, consisting of Medicare & Commercial forms which are in the category of Autogen, Interactive, Remittance, Consolidated types in English and Spanish languages, spread over in 13 Sprints

The Guidewire billing system (BillingCenter 3.0.2) will eventually replace all billing functions currently performed in Hanover systems (PMS) for all lines of business. This includes basic billing requirement such as Billing, Payments, Collections, Payroll deduct and Reporting. It also includes interfaces to other systems that require various forms of billing or bill plan information, especially front-end quote and issue systems where bill plans are selected, and rating functions that require bill plan information to complete the premium calculation. Operations and support systems that require billing inquiry or investigation into billing calculations or bill plans will also need to interface with the Guidewire billing system. External vendors such as financial institutions, Payroll deduct employers, legal collection vendors will need to interface with BillingCenter. Downstream systems, such as printing, reporting, finance, and external interfaces and reporting systems will also require interfaces with the Guidewire billing system.

Roles and Responsibilities:
