Hi! I am a Project Manager with 13 years’ experience with developers primarily in financial services and healthcare. Sr. IT Project Manager for company with controlling interest in six hospitals. The Project manager for strategic initiative to standardize the HIM platform at all hospitals., onto Mckesson Paragon Managed project from kick-off for the six concurrent implementation threads. Executives estimated $2.7M net savings in support, travel, and contract costs after training. Team were developers, primarily full stack; also, systems, security, APIs, QA/testing, BAs and other PMs – ours and vendor. Also Scrum master to 3 development teams, E2E facilitation of all ceremonies; daily Scrum– Retrospectives. Maintained resource and project costs.
