February 2010 to June 2018. IAL is a flagship company of STEEL STRIP GROUP. Indian Acrylics Limited is

ISO 9001-2015 certified and also certified from OHSAS (safety) & the plant is produce Acrylics Fiber on huge

quantity in India ( Capacity 49000 TPA) with having technical guidance from DU-POINT & LTD. Organization is

selling it's product in the largest market Ludhiana & also exporting to China, Canada, USA & other countries.

RESPONSIBILITIES IN INDIAN ACRYLICS LIMITED:- Job Description

As the project work is also running in plant so I serve my abilities to handle the project and plant maintenance

works as well as per provided.

Preparation & Implementation of Preventive schedules.

Executive Predictive, Corrective & Breakdown to increase plant availability and reliability.

Maintenance of storage tank, vessels and reactors & scrubber vessels.

Unloading, shifting & erection of heavy part such as Boiler ( APH, economizer & pipe header), Dryers & dye

machines etc.

Hydraulic presses of 80T, 100T, 120T and pneumatic system for different weight of fiber bale packing and

Hydro-pneumatic cylinder for Traverse assembly.

Work on ERP (Enterprise Resource planning) Module which includes Inventory control, Purchase, stocks

maintaining, stocks of critical items, indenting, Work order, issuing & reports generation.

To look after day to day general maintenance as well as project works.

Boilers Maintenance (03 nos. of Husk fired Boilers) (02 nos. of pet-cock Boilers) which installed (18,22,40

TON) (18,22 TON) respectively as per the plant requirements.

Air compressors (Screw & Reciprocating) Chillers (Vapour Absorption System), Cooling Tower (Force

draft), Air handling units, Air washers and room exhaust fans.

Maintenance of Mechanical equipments like reactors, dryers, chain conveyor and Matt finish rolls, Pumps

(Mechanical seal replace), coupling replace, Heat exchangers ( tube & shell type leakage attend.

Excellent knowledge of all kind of fabrication & welding jobs such as MIG, ARC (MS, SS, ALUMINUM, CI)

Argon-304, 316, 316L, Gas Breezing for piping, tank & pressure parts etc and also capability to read and

understand of isometric drawing.
