Project Description: The Integrated Financial Information System (IFIS) is a single financial-management system that is replacing many of the different financial systems used in the provincial government, such as GEAC and Walker. Release 1 of IFIS is being implemented across the Ontario Public Service in five waves, or small groups of ministries at a time.

Role: Primarily handling interfaces ‘To’ & ‘From’ IFIS and their configurations.

Coordinating with all Wave 5 ministries for System Integration Testing and answering their FAQs.

Production support for ministries went live with IFIS.

Project Description: Ongoing support, development and stabilizing of Oracle Applications v11i(11.5.7) which was upgraded from 10.7 (Smart Client). Maintenance of PropWorks™ an airport billing application built using Oracle 9i database and Developer 6i toolset.

Role: Administration and Maintenance of Oracle Discoverer Application Reports which uses Noetix views for Oracle Applications. Created new Business areas, Developed Reports according to users needs.

Creating and maintaining HR reports in Oracle Discoverer. Built Interfaces from and to HR module using Standard HR APIs.

Support and development of interfaces between Oracle Apps 11i and PropWorks™ an Airport Billing application using Taviz™ a middleware (Integration Studio).

Writing embedded SQL for Taviz™.

Setup of environment for OAR Autoinvoice open interface to work which include Transaction Flex Fields mapping of the columns, lookups etc.
