I have over 20 years of customer service experience including restaurants and retail. My first job was at the original Fricker's as a 15 year old hostess which entailed: greeting and seating customers upon arrival, if no seats/ tables are available the hostess creates a wait list but also must communicate with servers to be informed of vacant spaces, however server seating must be rotated so chaos doesn't ensue. Maintaining a waiting list is minor compared to cashing out all checks. I learned early how the sales aspect operates. I was asked to be a certified trainer for Buffalo Wild Wings after working for them as a hostess, server, and bartender within 3years. I was a Front of the House Trainer for 3-4years. I went to Hocking College in South East Ohio and as part of an Ecotourism Program I took Hospitality Management, as well as Food and Beverage Management courses. In addition to restaurant experience, I have an Associate Degree in Ecotourism/ Environmental Sciences. I have some years of environmental technician experience beginning as a Lab Technician with Water Treatment Plants, and transitioned as a Hydro Geologist Technician for the Miami Concervancy District, learning to sample and analyze the rivers and waters not in the treatment plants, but flowing from them. I measured river flow, velocity, depth etc. for experiences of high and low rain. I measured farm well usage for those that volunteered. I reported all my data ultimately to USGS. Responsible over the different jobs over the different years for testing water quality beginning with the first station of water influx at treatment planys' initial station, at every station throughout, and at final quality station. I collected and performed lab studies and tests as well as recorded all my data. I reported all studies to the property government people or entities. I also measured stream velocity and depth, well/ groundwater depth, and river and aquifer quality through sampling and analysis, and rainwater amounts throughout the Miami valley river watershed among many other positions through the Miami Concervancy District which are government stewards of the levee system and ensuring great floods never occur again working with FEMA.
