Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

Coordinating procurement &logistics activities, manage procurement requests, suppliers, contracts, review invoices and update vendor list, organize for reception, control and distribution of items to users and projects.

Overseeing a fleet of 10 Vehicles, 04 Bikes and a garage- update documents, design drivers’ work plans, ensure fleet maintenance, keep statistics of fuel consumption, spare parts and maintenance costs per vehicle for analysis, ensure incident/accident reporting and investigation including police report, and ensure drivers comply with safety standards and vehicles are road worthy.

Assets/equipment management- ensuring maintenance of office premises, facilities and utility systems.

Overseeing administrative & HR functions (staff strength of about 465 & payroll of 43 million FCFA)
