Senior Commodity Manager 2010 – 2012

oCreated new processes to source various production materials (sheet metal, plastics, hardware, packaging, documentation) with North American suppliers. These processes were integral in the successful operation of the Denver startup manufacturing facility. Annually sourced and managed the spend of approximately $20M, while negotiating all relevant contracts, placed all NPI orders in SAP

oCoordinated all necessary information with Product Development and Sustaining Engineering needed for quotation processes, prototyping processes and First Article approval

Project Management Lead for two large outsourcing efforts of PCB and Final Assembly products (app $200M annual spend), production sourced to a domestic and an offshore (Mexico) facility. Performed strategic/project management for five EMS/CM/ODM locations, (Celestica, Flextronics, Wistron) with an annual spend of $270M; all sites managed are offshore mfg. facilities in China,Mexico, Ireland and Israel

Established business processes with IT, Engineering, Logistics, Quality & Finance organizations through project management and team facilitation, including E&O management, quoting, ECO communication and SOX compliance.

In Project management role was responsible for creating supply chain processes with EMS/CM providers to streamline business models and create efficiencies for both the company and vendor.
