Process passport applications to ensure customer accuracy. Process incoming US Mail, also packages from all other carriers all containing files, applications and all other sensitive information to be data entered accurately, in timely order, into a secure passworded system. Enter select numbers or full barcode numbers into a secure data system for stock count, file lookup, recovery and or general listing. Check records against package delivery count to assure storage for space and inventory. Manage file system using select data to locate and check file for specific information at the request of supervisors, team leads and or applying applicants.

Handle incoming calls from applicants concerning application status etc. while assisting in vital records departments. Extensive file/application lookup for quick answers and forwarding those that are beyond my control to management for further assistance.

Scanning applications primary and secondary pages including all supporting documentation into a secure database. Prepping each document carefully to minimize mistakes making for a smooth transition during the scanning process.

Assisted in records management data protocol. Ensuring all forms of daily production are recorded and accounted for.

During department sorting, specific articles are separated during open mail sorting for batch count pick up and or timed delivery. Each batch labeled with a unique ID number to be used in the database to be identified.

A missions support services contract with the use of titled 1150 forms, myself along with other team members securely deliver, pickup and or transfer IT equipment tagged “Secret/Classified/ or “Unclassified” to the specific locations/ buildings listed in the given forms at the time of transfer, pickup or shipment.
