My objective is to use all my leadership skill to grow with a company, while working to training and develop my team and myself. I am seeking a supervisor position to contribute to production to run efficiently and safe as I have been doing so over the last 12 years.

Run a process line

Lead a work crew in the production of products.

Train new staff, follow standard work methods and practice safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.

Multi-task, read an on-line production schedule, and operate computer-based processing system.

To take full responsibility of the shift in terms of management of staff, management of

production and quality targets and to ensure the smooth running of the production processes

To take full responsibility of the quality and product that is produced within the shift in line

with the companies quality systems, processes and procedures

Manage, develop and motivate direct reporting staff

Monitor, measure and report on production related process performance, general issues

To ensure good communication is given either verbally or written to all members of staff

Supervise receipt of all shipments. Process receiving, discrepancy, and damage reports as needed.

Move inventory to various locations manually and by operating mechanical equipment, including fork lift, pallet jack, and handcart.

Load and unload delivery truck by hand or with pallet jack.

Assume responsibility for delivery of all items received by warehouse to proper school or department on a daily basis.

Evaluate complaints received on shipments of equipment and supplies and take appropriate action.

Supervise warehousing and storage of all supplies, equipment, surplus classroom furniture and equipment, certain school records, and consumable materials.

Supervise maintenance of computerized inventory records.

Initiate all purchase requests to keep stock items available at all times.

Maintain catalog of all items available from warehouse and furnish current catalogs to all schools and departments.

Develop and recommend procedures for orderly replacement of existing movable equipment as it becomes obsolete or deteriorates.

Supervise, evaluate, and train employees assigned to warehouse.

Direct and maintain a safety program for all employees assigned to warehouse.

Initiate and maintain proper and necessary safety and fire prevention equipment within warehouse as prescribed by law and school policy.

Operate tools, equipment, and machinery according to prescribed safety procedures.

Follow established safety procedures and techniques to perform job duties including lifting, climbing, etc.

Correct unsafe conditions in work area and report any conditions that are not correctable to supervisor immediately.
