Put together many finance packages with business owner, lead lender, local loan pools, SBA, USDA, BND loan programs, State Department of Agriculture, local cooperatives.

The housing revolving loan pool for down payments made a total $38,000,000 in loans and is still making loans today. The original seed money raised was $880,000 for this revolving loan fund.
