Grants were written for community development projects such as group homes, library addition, energy efficiency improvements, professional building, assisted living building, hospital and clinics.

Put together many finance packages with business owner, lead lender, local loan pools, SBA, USDA, BND loan programs, State Department of Agriculture, local cooperatives.

Wrote and obtained grants for joint employer funded employee down payments for needed housing, this program enabled employers to better encourage needed prospective employees to afford necessary housing down payments. The program became a model for other model for other employers in the state and other housing agencies. The housing revolving loan pool for down payments made a total $38,000,000 in loans and is still making loans today. The original seed money raised was $880,000 for this revolving loan fund.
