Software License / Vendor Management: Software licensing cost reduction and consolidation resulted in a gross saving of 1.8 Million dollars compared to the last two FY 2014 & 2013. Drafted RFP requirements, worked towards creating an online vendor management tool, worked with vendors during technical and pricing negotiations, saving millions of dollars.
