Chosen to head and reorganize IT services with special emphasis in cloud services, as the direct report to the CEO, I have supervised Fortune 50 client accounts for Infrastructure Services. Risk Management: As part of the FY15 Internal Audit plan, a review was conducted by my Internal Audit team to evaluate the Cloud Service Applications Management process. This review was conducted to review Cloud applications across all business units and global locations. ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise-Wide Risk Management & Risk Audit Framework and internal Policies and Standards.

Software License / Vendor Management: Software licensing cost reduction and consolidation resulted in a gross saving of 1.8 Million dollars compared to the last two FY 2014 & 2013. Drafted RFP requirements, worked towards creating an online vendor management tool, worked with vendors during technical and pricing negotiations, saving millions of dollars.
