Software License / Vendor Management: Software licensing cost reduction and consolidation resulted in a gross saving of 1.8 Million dollars compared to the last two FY 2014 & 2013. Drafted RFP requirements, worked towards creating an online vendor management tool, worked with vendors during technical and pricing negotiations, saving millions of dollars.

Budget planning & administration: Managed capital and operations budgeting, planning and implementation of $12.4 million multi Data center with major emphasis on ROI and to align with IT Objectives and business objectives, accomplished financial objectives through fiscal projections, forecasting requirements, evaluating trends and planning.
