Snap-on - City Industry, CA - January 2011 to Present I cycle and calibrate torque wrenches for our military, NASA, and various customers all over the World. I've been part of a 4 man crew assembled at Snapon named RCI (rapid continuous improvement) I've been awarded a Kaizan certificate from a sensei from Japan. Meaning I know the fundamentals of producing more work in less time using LEAN, takt time, and Kaizan. In reference creating a system and different piece flows in which consolidates inventory within a company. I'm a team player that gets along with everybody but maintaining a strong work pace and stability.
